Awesome Agent. Wow! That's honestly the first thought that comes to mind when I think of the home buying experience with BeckyJean. During the most complicated move of my life, getting out of the military, moving across the country, changing jobs, finishing a degree, and taking care of a three-year-old, BeckyJean was able to help my family find a great home in a fantastic neighborhood at a time that the market inventory is way down. Initially, we only had four days to look at homes in person. We had an offer accepted but backed out following inspections. BeckyJean was not phased in the least and we immediately shifted to virtual showings. Not ideal, but she was so thorough that there were zero surprises. On the closing day, there was an inspection that had to happen to make sure that the HVAC system was functioning properly. There was a sensor to improve the energy efficiency of the system that none of us were aware of. If you are looking for a realtor in the areas that BeckyJean covers then look no further! My family and I were recently looking to move from the Boston area to western Massachusetts and BeckyJean helped us get into an amazing home.

Let me detail some of the ways that she went above and beyond. First, we wanted to see the houses in person and therefore not buy blind, driving over from eastern Massachusetts while not the longest trip was not always the easiest to get everything lined up but BeckyJean was superb with scheduling and even after the showings was always open to further discussion about the houses if we had additional questions.

Speaking of discussions BeckyJean was more than willing to answer questions and inform us about the process, and trust me I had questions, if you do hire BeckyJean be sure to ask about the former client who texted whole novels and she will know it was me. But while I apologized many times about my continuous questions she never batted an eye and in the process I now know more than I ever needed about real estate, home buying, and homes themselves.

That knowledge stemmed from BeckyJean’s experience with the market. It is no doubt a tough market and you will have to be prepared for that going in but BeckyJean was on the top of her game and knew not just the conditions of the houses and issues that might arise in the buying process (we went with a VA loan which has more guidelines for that) but also what we should realistically offer on houses to both stay within a reasonable budget while also being competitive. She always understood and sympathized with us when things got tough but never faltered in her optimism that we would find the right place.

Further, she consistently listened to our needs, wants, and desires. We had certain areas that we were looking at due to the location and proximity to things like work and leisure. Yet, while we cast a wide net due to understanding that it might not always be possible to get the exact spot you want BeckyJean constantly worked to get us as close as possible to both our dream home and location.

Ultimately, we got an amazing house right near our top location. Our offer was accepted quickly and we got to work moving. Still, BeckyJean was there for us, she helped with the home inspection helping us get a referral to a great home inspector, including some additional tests that weren’t required but were ones we wanted, she was quick in getting any issues that were found resolved, one was even corrected the day of the inspection. Closing was perfectly smooth on our end and she has even reached out and kept in contact to make sure we are doing well and settling in.

Honestly, you couldn’t ask for anyone better. Seriously, thank you for all you did BeckyJean! If you had read this far and are still unsure just know that I rarely write reviews and yet would continue to rave about BeckyJean’s service. She is that good.
